Job Description

Senior Partner Marketing Manager leading partner program for Hatch's AI agent lead management platform. Building strategic partnerships to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard and announce new partners and product integrations across email, blog, website, and social
  • Plan and execute co-branded campaigns — launches, webinars, ebooks, seasonal offers
  • Own the fulfillment for partners with year-round programs (newsletter placements, blog posts, committed content)
  • Scope the collateral partners need to speak fluently about Hatch
  • Work with field marketing on partner events and VIP experiences
  • Turn one-off partner activations into repeatable playbooks
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with partner contacts
  • Measure and optimize partner ROI, track referral handoffs, and improve lead quality from partner activity

Requirements:

  • 4–7 years in partner marketing, co-marketing, or related B2B SaaS marketing (product or content)
  • Comfortable being the face of Hatch to partners, building trust, and managing external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management: ability to juggle multiple partners and orchestrate deliverables across internal teams
  • Solid content and campaign instincts: ability to develop narratives, campaign angles, and webinar topics
  • Multi-partner-type experience: worked across associations, tech platforms, and agencies
  • Fluent in pipeline language: SQOs, referral attribution, and co-marketing ROI
  • Thrives in a build-stage environment: comfortable with ambiguity and fast pace.
