Job Description
Accounts Payable Analyst providing exceptional client experiences at Ensemble Health Partners. Innovating processes and assisting with AP duties to maintain excellence in healthcare revenue cycle management.
Responsibilities:
- Consistently provide exceptional experiences for our clients, patients, and colleagues by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.

- Assist the AP team in training new associates
- Serve as AP Specialist backup on an as needed basis
- Assist with writing AP processes and procedures
- Prepare and reconcile accounts to statements, customer’s invoice chargebacks, outstanding checks/VCA/ACH returns
- Prepare and manage ad hoc statistical reports related to accounts payable
- Manage supplier relationships, research and work with other internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies or invoice rejections
- Conduct reconciliations and internal audits of invoices and expense reports to identify discrepancies and offer recommendations for process improvements
- Responsible for pulling billable expenses
- Review supplier information and perform TIN matching
- Assist with 1099 processing
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or a related field is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience, Finance/Accounting preferred
