Job Description
Associate Analyst supporting SNAP Verification and Community Engagement Verification at Gainwell. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely updates and accurate eligibility decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Support the performance and delivery of Community Engagement Verification, SNAP Verification, and SNAP Integrity products
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional partners
- Help ensure clients receive timely updates and responses
- Navigate ambiguity to drive positive outcomes for clients
- Contribute to operational rigor aligned with Medicaid and SNAP regulations
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with SNAP, HR1, and Medicaid eligibility programs
- Project management experience or related experience
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment
- Strong client support mindset
- Comfort managing priorities and ambiguity
