Job Description

Accounts Payable Coordinator ensuring smooth operation of all accounts payable processes for California Community Colleges. Managing relationships, processing invoices, and maintaining compliance with financial regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the smooth operation of all accounts payable processes.
  • Managing relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Processing expense reports and supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining 1099 records in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Overseeing records management to ensure financial documentation is organized and easily accessible.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two (2) + years of experience in accounts payable is required.
  • High proficiency with Enterprise Accounting Software, Enterprise Resource Planning Software, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and database-related software applications.
  • A strategic and creative thinker who work within and across teams to swiftly respond to needs identified across the organization.
