Job Description
Acquisition Manager scaling creator-led funnels, attribution, and performance networks for an iGaming and crypto platform. Driving user growth across Southeast Asia through Telegram, Discord, video, and emerging acquisition channels.
Responsibilities:
- Design and scale high-converting user journeys across Telegram, Discord, short-form video networks, and creator channels
- Recruit and manage a regional network of creators, clippers, and community leaders
- Develop performance-based commercial models using CPA, Hybrid, and RevShare
- Use viral content toolkits to support creator networks
- Own the user journey end-to-end
- Test landing pages and onboarding flows to reduce CAC and maximize long-term Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
- Implement server-to-server tracking and custom code mapping across organic channels
- Attribute growth accurately and protect budgets from low-quality or synthetic traffic
- Partner with executive leadership to pilot emerging acquisition mechanics
- Keep the platform ahead of regional trends across Southeast Asia
Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial Acquisition Manager experience
- Ability to work beyond standard paid ad networks
- Experience with creator ecosystems, dark social, and high-velocity experimentation
- Experience designing acquisition funnels across Telegram, Discord, short-form video networks, and creator channels
- Experience recruiting and managing creators, clippers, and community leaders under performance-based commercial models (CPA, Hybrid, RevShare)
- Experience testing landing pages and onboarding flows
- Knowledge of server-to-server tracking and custom code mapping
- Ability to attribute growth accurately and protect budgets from low-quality or synthetic traffic
- Experience piloting emerging acquisition mechanics such as interactive mini-apps and stream overlays
- Regional knowledge of Southeast Asian acquisition trends
