Job Description
Ad Operations Executive ensuring accurate implementation and monitoring of digital ad campaigns. Collaborating with internal teams at Key Media to deliver high-quality B2B media content.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, traffic and quality-check digital ads across websites, newsletters and other digital channels, ensuring they are implemented accurately and on time.
- Monitor campaign delivery and inventory, update schedules, and flag any issues or discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
- Compile and distribute campaign performance reports, supporting internal teams with insights and administration to keep campaigns running efficiently.
Requirements:
- Intermediate level ad-trafficking and ad-management of all online advertising campaigns, using Google DoubleClick, Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to perform quality control when receiving and implementing web/newsletter ads.
- Good organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to support colleagues, respond to ad hoc requests and adapt as the role evolves.
