Job Description

Ad Operations Specialist managing digital ad tagging and troubleshooting for a growing martech startup. Engaging with clients on campaign execution and delivering reliable advertising data.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, QA, and distribute digital ad tags for active client campaigns
  • Validate tag firing, macros, and delivery behavior before and during campaign launches
  • Troubleshoot tagging, firing, and impression tracking issues with clients, agencies, and media partners
  • Investigate impression discrepancies and identify root causes
  • Document tagging requirements, issues, and resolutions clearly
  • Act as the technical point of contact for tagging-related questions during campaign execution

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of hands-on experience in digital campaign tagging or ad operations
  • Proven experience creating, validating, and troubleshooting digital ad tags
  • Familiarity with digital ad servers, especially Google Campaign Manager (CM360)
  • Experience working with platforms such as TradeDesk and/or Innovid
  • Solid understanding of impression tracking and common causes of discrepancies
  • Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English, comfortable in client-facing communication
  • Detail-oriented, with strong ownership and follow-through
