Job Description
Join our remote team as an Administration Support Officer providing client and administrative support. Thrive in an award-winning online tax return service environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline support by handling client calls, updating account information, and verifying identities.
- Communicate with clients regarding their tax return status, required documents, and service updates.
- Manage email and voicemail queues, ensuring proper task reallocation and follow-up.
- Perform manual identity verification and ensure compliance with document handling protocols.
- Submit non-lodgement advice (NLA) through OSFA and track tax refund statuses.
- Liaise with the ATO for inquiries and assist in managing client ITA debts and ABNs.
- Support the accounting team by applying discounts, converting tax returns, and maintaining accurate records of daily activities.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Solid time management and task prioritisation abilities
- Proficiency in administrative and client-facing roles
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Competence with Microsoft Office
