Job Description
Paid 45-minute interview with US hospital administrators and medical directors. Discussing clinical governance, staffing, resource allocation, and operational bottlenecks for Terac’s AI expert research pool.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a 45-minute remote voice and video interview
- Detail current approaches to hospital operations and clinical governance
- Walk through a recent challenge involving resource allocation or staffing
- Evaluate theoretical management scenarios and explain decision-making processes
- Share operational bottlenecks encountered in daily workflows
Requirements:
- Current role as a senior hospital administrator or medical director
- Based in the United States
- Direct experience overseeing clinical or operational policies at a healthcare facility
- Comfortable discussing institutional management on a recorded video call
- Senior leadership within US-based healthcare systems, including hospital administrators, medical directors, chiefs of staff, and clinical operations executives
