Job Description

Senior SailPoint IAM lead administering, customizing, and integrating identity systems for Koniag Government Services’ federal customers. Leading technical support, SQL environments, projects, and administrative teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct all aspects of the SailPoint/IAM application
  • Advise the IAM Federal Manager on security audits, industry best practices, new technologies, and business-aligned IAM enterprise technology
  • Administer, install, manage, monitor, maintain, patch, tune, back up, and design high availability for SailPoint/IAM applications
  • Serve as primary technical point of contact for Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Systems Administrators
  • Customize SailPoint/IAM to meet IAM business requirements
  • Analyze system problems and recommend SailPoint/IAM solutions
  • Assist with the IAM roadmap and ServiceNow integration for ITSM practices
  • Direct testing, piloting, documentation, monitoring, and implementation planning for new services and environments
  • Troubleshoot SailPoint/IAM issues and auxiliary components including SQL Server, Tomcat, ServiceNow, and supporting infrastructure
  • Produce status reports, project tracking, performance metrics, SLA, availability, incident, and resolution reports
  • Establish and maintain team goals, oversee project completion, maintain customer relationships, interview resources, evaluate employee performance, and handle staff issues
  • Supervise development, maintenance, and support activities, including delegation, monitoring, and status reporting
  • Serve as resident SQL expert across multiple SQL environments
  • Implement and manage assigned projects and related administrative activities
  • Create analysis and feedback tools, schedules, work plans, management reporting tools, testing plans, meeting materials, and training plans
  • Recommend improvements to internal processes and administrative operations
  • Support IT management activities including strategic planning, capital planning, workforce planning, policy development, resource management, knowledge management, architecture/infrastructure planning, and auditing
  • Assist with directives and reporting-system design, development, documentation, and implementation
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) from a four-year college or university is preferred and/or minimum of 7 years’ experience in direct supervision or four years’ experience in IT project management/administrative/contract support
  • Minimum of 7 years of IAM experience administering a large environment, including Cloud
  • Experience with SailPoint or an equivalent IAM application is required
  • Experience with web technologies such as XML, SPML/SOAP, and Web Services is desired
  • Experience with web application servers such as Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, and JBOSS is desired
  • Experience with PowerShell and Visual Basic Scripting is a plus
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
  • ITIL V3/2011 Foundations, SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Engineer, SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, and SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Architect certifications are desired
  • SCRUM Master certification is desired
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Office and Microsoft Project
  • Customer service skills and excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Able to obtain a public trust security clearance
