Job Description

HR Employment Administration Advisor managing complex Workday transactions, audits, and escalations for Trinity Health. Supporting colleague service, vendors, process improvements, and employment data accuracy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex employment transactions, ensuring data accuracy and resolving high-level escalations
  • Oversee promotions, job changes, supervisor organization, mass changes, EIB workflows, eligibility decisions, and MTA support
  • Deliver high-quality colleague service through case management and phone interactions
  • Resolve cases while maintaining SLA standards for colleague inquiries
  • Track and log issues and notes in the case management system
  • Respond to HR inquiries involving benefits administration, HRIS systems, and policy interpretation
  • Serve as subject matter expert for complex Workday employment transactions and escalations
  • Oversee end-to-end MTA workflows supporting employee time-away programs
  • Provide system-wide training, guidance, and peer shadowing for employment processes
  • Perform auditing and data validation for employment actions and related EIBs
  • Conduct root cause analysis and develop data-driven solutions
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with ministries, boards, vendors, and cross-functional partners
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and improve workflows
  • Support ad hoc projects, strategic initiatives, requirements, timelines, and deliverables
  • Apply change management practices to support adoption of new processes and system changes
  • Mentor peers and contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of experience
  • 3-4 years previous human resources and/or related corporate compliance experience
  • Experience with Workday, vendor management, and case management systems
  • A CEBS or PHR, SHRM-CP certification is preferred
  • Ability to research, collect, compile, synthesize, and analyze information
  • Ability to create reports and graphical data presentations
  • Knowledge of HRIS processes and downstream impacts on benefits and pay
  • Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws/regulations
  • Ability to follow tasks through to completion and manage concurrent tasks/projects
  • Ability to use a computer and other technology
  • Ability to lift a maximum of 15 pounds unassisted
