Job Description

Administration Technician supporting daily operations and improving processes in healthcare services. Managing resources and collaborating with appointment centers for efficient patient experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Support our teams and the smooth running of daily activities
  • Create an organized, harmonious and efficient environment
  • Ensure administrative coordination of the office
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of processes that support all services
  • Manage material resources for the dentistry, general medicine and specialized medicine departments
  • Work closely with the centralized appointment center to provide a compassionate, attentive and efficient experience for patients
  • Prepare and transmit required documentation

Requirements:

  • Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in General Administration, Accounting and Management Techniques, Office Automation Techniques or another appropriate college-level discipline from a recognized institution
  • Two (2) years of experience within the Quebec Health and Social Services Network in a similar position
  • Excellent command of French and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong knowledge of the following software: Microsoft Suite, Logibec eClinibase, Petal
  • General knowledge of the Quebec health system (RAMQ, MSSS, etc.)
