Job Description
Administrative Assistant handling AML checks and compliance documentation for real estate. Coordinating due diligence support and responding to AML inquiries in a remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage AML checks with the team
- Track and organize AML documentation and verification status
- Ensure compliance requirements are completed before deals proceed
- Provide AML and referencing information to support the Due Diligence (DD) team
- Assist with clarifying compliance information related to deals
- Verify AML or referencing status before deals are shared with Premium Investors
- Ensure compliance checks are completed and documented properly
- Respond to AML or referencing related questions from community members
- Handle compliance-related inquiries from customers using the Become Compliant service
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and spoken English
- Previous admin support experience preferred
- Ability to manage documentation and compliance records
- Organized and capable of handling confidential information responsibly
