Job Description
Administrative Assistant supporting operations and managing executive calendars in a fully remote role. Join a team empowering global talent with operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments across multiple time zones.
- Coordinate and organise virtual meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials.
- Handle incoming communications and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organise and manage digital filing systems, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible.
- Provide general administrative support to various teams as needed to support operational objectives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and articulate manner.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- The ability to work independently and proactively in a fully remote setting.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Experience with modern collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana) is considered a plus.
