Job Description
Remote Admin Assistant supporting a UK-based employer. Manage diaries, inboxes, and documents while working within UK business hours.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and handle diary changes
- Keep inboxes tidy and respond to routine queries
- Prepare, format and file documents and spreadsheets
- Update records and internal trackers accurately
- Coordinate small projects and follow up on outstanding actions
Requirements:
- Experience with administrative or office support work
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Clear written and spoken English
- A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
- Good attention to detail and organisation
