Job Description

Remote Admin Assistant supporting a UK-based employer. Manage diaries, inboxes, and documents while working within UK business hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings and handle diary changes
  • Keep inboxes tidy and respond to routine queries
  • Prepare, format and file documents and spreadsheets
  • Update records and internal trackers accurately
  • Coordinate small projects and follow up on outstanding actions

Requirements:

  • Experience with administrative or office support work
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Clear written and spoken English
  • A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
  • Good attention to detail and organisation
