Job Description
Amazon Advertising Manager overseeing the entire Amazon marketing funnel with a focus on DSP campaigns. Driving brand growth for ESN & More Nutrition through strategic media and funnel strategies.
Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the strategic and operational management of the entire Amazon marketing funnel, with a particular focus on managing, optimizing and scaling Amazon DSP campaigns across national and international marketplaces
- You plan, create and optimize programmatic campaigns via Amazon DSP, including audience conception, frequency strategies, inventory selection and creative testing — including Prime Video and Fire TV campaigns
- You operationally manage all relevant campaign processes, from budget allocation and bid optimizations to the setup and analysis of retail media and programmatic placements, including the aforementioned Prime Video and Fire TV placements
- You conduct detailed performance and attribution analyses, using data from the Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) in particular to derive precise insights along the customer journey
- You develop data-driven recommendations for cross-channel media and funnel strategies and present them confidently to internal and external stakeholders
- You use tools such as PACVUE to monitor, automate and optimize campaigns efficiently
- You produce structured reports and dashboards, implement complex data models in Excel (including pivot tables) and ensure continuous development of DSP and AMC setups
Requirements:
- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Informatics, Data Analytics or a comparable qualification
- You have at least 3–5 years of experience in Amazon Advertising, including at least 1–2 years of demonstrable experience actively managing Amazon DSP campaigns
- You have strong knowledge of the Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC), including interpreting query results and creating your own analyses
- You are proficient with tools such as PACVUE, AMC dashboards, DSP bulk sheets or comparable platforms
- You possess very strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers and experience handling complex campaign and data structures
- You have experience in stakeholder management and presenting insights and strategies to different audiences
- You work in a structured, independent manner and have an interest in programmatic advertising, retail media and data-driven marketing
- You are business-fluent in German and English
