Job Description

Senior Manager of Real Estate managing a portfolio of over 200 globally owned/lease sites for Regal Rexnord. Collaborating with leadership to execute strategies and manage real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including members of the leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain cohesive communication and excellent working relationships with external partners including real estate brokers, developers, owners, landlords, attorneys, architects, and local government officials.
  • Support Project Managers and SCOFR team to ensure they provide sufficient data such as market comps and BOV/Appraisals to make proper business decisions.
  • Actively and proactively identify potential areas of risk for Regal Rexnord within its real estate portfolio and develop and present options for mitigation.
  • Initiates project initiation and scope definition, prioritization of assignments, and adherence to priorities, protocols, commitments, and milestones.
  • Negotiate all provisions of the lease, including, insurance, LL/Tenant default provisions, CAM and additional provisions.
  • Manage negotiations for multiple transactions including relocations, expansions, renewals, dispositions, and renegotiations in multiple markets throughout North America and Internationally
  • Prepare trip notes from market visits and follow-up notes on tours with senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required, preferably in Finance, Business, Real Estate or Construction
  • 7+ years of experience in Corporate Real Estate
  • Information Systems: Microsoft Office Suite, Visual Lease or similar Leasing Software experience
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Financial analysis skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and problem solving abilities
  • Flexibility to adapt to change and multi-tasking
  • Experience establishing disciplined processes and driving continuous improvement and performance
  • Results and detail-oriented
  • Ability to meet many simultaneous demands for important decisions/actions and face confrontations or other difficult situations and demands for results
