Job Description
Country Manager driving growth across Sweden, Finland, and Denmark for an international iGaming group. Focused on poker ecosystems and emerging market environments with emphasis on commercial strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Own commercial growth strategy across Nordic markets
- Build and activate player acquisition channels via streamers, affiliates, and agents
- Identify and develop player pools, communities, and acquisition hubs
- Drive measurable revenue outcomes (GGR focus, not vanity metrics)
- Build and manage local relationships with key stakeholders and partners
Requirements:
- Proven experience growing iGaming or poker markets, ideally Nordics
- Strong understanding of pre-regulated vs regulated market mechanics
- Demonstrable success in executing campaigns that generated real GGR
- Deep knowledge of poker ecosystems, communities, and acquisition funnels
- Existing network of streamers, agents, or player communities
- Highly autonomous, execution-focused mindset
