Job Description

Regional Field Manager leading a team of Area Sales Managers for Vivaris and Berentzen. Focused on sales effectiveness and KPI achievement within the North-East territory of Germany.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the effectiveness of the field organization in the region to achieve the defined KPIs for the Vivaris and Berentzen brands in the domestic market
  • Directly manage a team of approximately 8 Area Sales Managers
  • Responsible for establishing field team processes and structures in collaboration with the National Field Manager
  • Deploy resources at the point of sale (POS) based on potential to meet field-specific KPIs
  • Coach and develop the entire team
  • Support the National Field Manager in managing the overall sales force
  • Manage smaller key accounts and multi-site business operators (MBUs)
  • Work cross-functionally with other sales areas and across the company
  • Monitor competitors and track sales and potential development within the sales territory
  • Attend trade shows as required

Requirements:

  • Degree in business administration or a commercial vocational qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in sales
  • Some leadership experience
  • Experience with CRM systems and modern IT tools
  • Good knowledge of the German retail landscape
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong focus on goals and results
