Job Description
Valuation Manager coordinating exchanges between external appraisers and internal departments. Managing the real estate evaluation process with emphasis on quality and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities:
- As the central interface, you confidently coordinate exchanges between external appraisers/valuers, outsourcing partners and internal departments
- You contribute your valuation expertise to related queries and are responsible for external property valuations – acquisition or standard valuations, both nationally and internationally
- Together with your team members, you support the entire valuation process and check plausibility and consistency
- You ensure the final quality of appraisal reports for our approx. 1,800 properties
- You review and approve appraiser invoices to ensure an efficient and transparent process
- As Manager Valuation, you perform analyses and develop your own value forecasts
Requirements:
- A completed degree in Real Estate Management/Real Estate Business or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of practical experience in real estate valuation – ideally at a valuation firm or an asset management company, or similar
- Team spirit, openness, a hands-on mentality and a strong willingness to take responsibility
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- An analytical mindset and high standards for quality
- Confidence in dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
- Good English skills are a plus
