Job Description
Tiktok Affiliate Marketing Coordinator sourcing creators for TikTok Shop ecosystem. Engage with customer outreach pipelines to drive retention and optimize workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Source new internal creators daily using TikTok Creator Center, Shop analytics, competitor poaching, niche targeting, and automation tools.
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, TikTok DMs, Discord, SMS, automations).
- Manage creator and customer messaging pipelines, ensuring timely follow-ups, clean data, and strong engagement.
- Maintain the creator CRM (e.g., Airtable/Reacher) with accurate outreach stages, response rates, and conversion metrics.
- Analyze outreach performance — open rates, CTR, conversions, onboarding rates — and optimize messaging cadence and content.
- Support customer outreach workflows, including sample requests, retention sequences, and follow-up messaging.
- Provide weekly pipeline reports to leadership highlighting top-of-funnel activity and sourcing goals.
- Coordinate with Marketing to ensure alignment on creator archetypes, niches, and audience personas.
- Collaborate with Creator Partnerships & Community teams to ensure smooth handoff from sourcing → onboarding → engagement.
- Run message testing frameworks to identify high-converting scripts, hooks, and templates.
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in outreach, recruiting, creator sourcing, customer engagement, or CRM management
- Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
- High attention to detail and comfort with admin-heavy workflows
- Experience working with Airtable, HubSpot, Reacher, or other CRMs
- Fast execution, high responsiveness, and strong follow-through
- Ability to manage dozens of conversations simultaneously
- Experience in TikTok Shop, UGC, creator marketing, or influencer sourcing (Nice-to-Have)
- Understanding of TikTok trends, creator niches, and social-first content styles (Nice-to-Have)
- Experience with outreach automation tools (Nice-to-Have)
- Background in sales, partnerships, or growth operations (Nice-to-Have)
