Job Description

Head of Partner Experience at Social Discovery Group, defining strategies for partner ecosystems and improving product systems globally. Collaborating across teams to enhance partner performance and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the strategy for the Partner / Supply Experience domain across the platform.
  • Build and evolve the product ecosystem for partners, including dashboards, performance systems, ratings, statuses, quality systems, incentive mechanisms, and adtech tooling.
  • Make the supply-side ecosystem more transparent, scalable, efficient, and data-driven.
  • Improve partner quality and performance through product systems, analytics, and operational workflows.
  • Drive adoption of internal platform tools and partner-facing products.
  • Work closely with relevant teams to scale product initiatives and transform manual processes into sustainable platform solutions.
  • Identify supply-side growth opportunities and convert them into product initiatives and roadmap priorities.
  • Design and implement mechanisms that improve partner onboarding, performance management, quality control, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, and partner-facing teams to deliver measurable business impact.
  • Establish frameworks for managing heterogeneous supply through performance measurement, quality standards, rankings, and incentive systems.
  • Lead the roadmap and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at improving partner effectiveness and ecosystem health.
  • Leverage AI-powered capabilities where relevant, while maintaining a broader focus on the overall partner and supply-side experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading products, business domains, or platform initiatives within marketplaces, aggregators, or platform businesses.
  • Strong experience working with supply-side ecosystems, partner networks, seller/provider experience, or B2B-side marketplace operations.
  • Experience building tools and systems for partners, sellers, service providers, creators, drivers, couriers, merchants, or other ecosystem participants.
  • Deep understanding of how to manage supply quality at scale through product systems rather than manual operations.
  • Experience with performance systems, ranking models, quality frameworks, incentive mechanisms, reputation systems, or partner scoring models.
  • Strong product leadership combined with a solid understanding of operational processes and execution.
  • Experience driving adoption of internal tools and platform capabilities through operational teams and workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex cross-functional environments and align multiple stakeholders around common goals.
  • Experience translating operational challenges into scalable product solutions.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and roadmap ownership.
  • Fluent Russian.
