Job Description

Hotel Partner Onboarding Associate handling onboarding for independent hotels in the West Coast. Ensuring a seamless process from agreement to launch on a travel marketplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the post-sale onboarding journey for a portfolio of roughly 80 hotel partners at various stages of activation.
  • Guide properties through content review, profile setup, connectivity verification, and rate and availability loading.
  • Communicate progress, blockers, and next steps to hotel partners via phone, email, and video, building rapport and trust quickly.
  • Keep Senior Account Executives informed on onboarding status and timelines for each property in their book.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with content, connectivity, and market management teams to remove blockers and accelerate go-live.
  • Ensure compliance with Know Your Partner legislation and platform content standards before setting properties live.
  • Hand off newly live properties to Market Managers for ongoing relationship management.
  • Support Market Management with additional projects related to rates, availability, and supply optimization as needed.
  • Maintain detailed, well organized tracking of every property in your portfolio so nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of account management, partner support, or client services experience with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional detail orientation and the ability to track many moving parts simultaneously without losing momentum.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with comfort coordinating across internal teams and external partners.
  • Excellent phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly in a customer-facing setting.
  • Clear written communication, including strong grammar, spelling, and email professionalism.
  • Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills in a high-volume environment.
  • Self-starter mindset with an adaptable, hungry, and tenacious approach to work.
  • Located in the Pacific or Mountain time zone and able to work standard West Coast business hours.
