Job Description

After Sales Analyst at ENERCON optimizing service operations and managing KPIs. Enhancing performance and revenue through data-driven decision-making in the wind energy sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance global after-sales KPI dashboards and produce regular analysis packages with clear action recommendations
  • Manage and update the service contract pipeline, including coverage, conversions, renewals, and preparation of churn and revenue forecasts
  • Monitor overdue items and DSO performance, including root-cause analysis by customer profile
  • Manage compensation and bonus data, generate insights, and support regional teams with negotiation materials
  • Ensure efficient and timely invoicing for additional services, including escalation and follow-up on delays
  • Organize training, onboarding materials, and peer-learning formats, and publish best practices and meeting documentation
  • Maintain shared platforms, coordinate with international stakeholders, and support continuous process improvements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial operations, after-sales, services, finance/analytics, or project coordination (internships count)
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), basic ERP knowledge (e.g., SAP), advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BI/Tableau
  • Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and a structured, proactive approach
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with stakeholders, combined with curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
