Job Description
Manager for EVOQUE Sales Training at Edwards Lifesciences developing and executing training programs for clinical and technical sales teams
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead clinical and technical sales training programs
- Own execution of Clinical and/or Imaging Specialist training
- Measure effectiveness of training programs and develop solutions for improvement
- Provide SME support for cases
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, plus 8 years of experience or Master's Degree in related field, plus 6 years of experience
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Previous Structural Heart experience preferred
- Experience as a trainer in clinical and/or sales role preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
