Job Description
Sales Assistant managing inbound lead follow-up and scheduling discovery calls for the sales team. Focused on supporting sales efforts primarily with inbound Facebook leads in the LATAM region.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound lead follow-up, qualify prospects, and schedule discovery/demo calls for the sales team
- Focus primarily on inbound Facebook leads during the first month
- Conduct 10-minute discovery calls to identify pain points and qualify leads based on industry, decision-making authority, urgency, and fit
- Maintain accurate records in Go High Level
- Log all notes, contact attempts, outcomes, and appointment details
- Update outdated SOPs and workflow documentation as systems evolve
Requirements:
- 3+ year of experience in appointment setting, sales support, customer service, inside sales, lead generation, or a similar phone-based role
- Proven experience speaking with prospects or customers by phone, text, and email
- Ability to respond to new leads quickly and consistently during working hours
- Strong spoken and written English with a neutral, professional communication style
- Comfortable making multiple outbound calls each day
- Strong internet connection and quiet work environment for taking calls
- Availability to work during the company’s primary business hours and respond to inbound leads in real time
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems and SOPs
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups at the same time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately log notes in the CRM
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable following scripts while sounding natural and conversational
- Technical Requirements: Reliable high-speed internet and a modern home office setup.
