Job Description

Sales Support Administrator ensuring accurate fulfilment of customer and team operational needs. Managing quotes, orders, and customer interactions effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administering the Sales Support function to ensure the accurate and effective fulfilment of customer and the team's operational needs.
  • Quotes and revisions are prepared accurately and within SLA times.
  • Urgent quotes and revisions completed within timeframes requested.
  • All quotes and revisions completed within 24 hours of receipt of full and complete information.
  • All quotes and revisions completed accurately and in line with the request details.
  • Orders and Revisions prepared accurately and within SLA times.
  • Urgent orders and revisions completed within timeframes requested.
  • All orders and revisions completed within 48 hours of receipt of full and complete information.
  • All orders and revisions completed accurately and in line with the request details.
  • Answer the phone when Internal Account Managers and Customer Experience Coordinators are unable to.
  • Assist the customer to the best of your ability or pass them onto someone else who can help them.
  • Always maintain a positive and helpful attitude when speaking to customers.
  • Take messages and pass on to the appropriate person where necessary.
  • Log all customer contact in CRM.
  • Assist the sales team in ensuring information is processed correctly in CRM, e.g. updating existing requests, prioritising something as urgent etc.
  • Ensure to check with the sales team around any requests that are unclear.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of Sales Support experience.
  • Experience in Customer Service via phone and email.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • You should enjoy a focused role, which requires your full attention for lengthy periods of time.
  • This job requires you to be highly organised.
  • Gets stuff done – can manage multiple conflicting priorities without dropping the ball – instils confidence in others about their ability to deliver.
  • You should feel comfortable enforcing the rules amongst your co-workers in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Able to relate to all types of people openly.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • You must be highly confident in all usual administrative software (Outlook, Excel etc.), you should be a quick learner when it comes to other software and have a basic understanding of how ERP software works.
