Job Description
After Sales Commercial Specialist coordinating global and regional teams in the wind power sector at ENERCON. Driving profitable growth and connecting stakeholders in renewable energy projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the global LOA and tender governance and ensure consistent processes and standards across all regions
- Identify risks early, manage escalation paths and align regions through the After Sales Strategic Project Review
- Support major negotiations through coaching or direct involvement to secure strategic outcomes
- Define policies for non-standard proposals and ensure a consistent global go/no-go decision logic
- Analyze the global tender pipeline, identify trends and share insights with key functions such as Technical Marketing, Standards and Legal
- Execute the global strategy by developing KAM frameworks, account plans and supporting regional engagements with strategic stakeholders
- Contribute to market and product strategies by aligning objectives, improving after-sales market approaches and providing competitive analyses to inform product lifecycle decisions
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field (Bachelor/Master)
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, after sales, commercial operations or services — preferably in an international or multi-regional environment
- Proven track record in negotiating large or complex deals
- Strong proficiency in CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP (e.g., SAP), BI tools (Power BI/SAC) and advanced Excel; familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
- Excellent strategic thinking, intercultural communication, stakeholder management and change management skills
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
