Job Description
After Sales Performance Analyst contributing to wind energy projects through data analysis and coordination. Managing tender processes, stakeholder alignment, and competitive pricing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain tender trackers, LOA (Letter of Award) compliance documentation, and key bid-related records
- Prepare inputs and decision materials for strategic project reviews and stakeholder alignment
- Create and track early risk/issues lists to support smooth tender and negotiation processes
- Develop price comparisons, competitive analyses, and win–loss summaries
- Support negotiations with materials preparation, meeting documentation, and post-close updates
- Contribute to key account planning, data maintenance, dashboards, and retention reporting
- Coordinate with regional teams and product management on data preparation, target implementation, and readiness activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Commercial Operations, After Sales, Services, Analytics, or Project Coordination (internships count)
- Solid knowledge of CRM (e.g., Salesforce), basic ERP (e.g., SAP), advanced Excel, Power BI, and MS Teams/SharePoint
- Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, structured communication, and coordination ability
- Curious mindset with learning agility and a reliable, organized work approach
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
