Job Description
AI Product & Business Analyst enhancing the company's AI strategy in collaboration with various departments. Identifying AI applications to drive tangible business benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Further develop our company-wide AI strategy in close collaboration with business units and management
- Identify and evaluate AI use cases with concrete business impact
- Design, create and continuously optimize prompts for Claude and other AI models and applications
- Manage and implement AI projects as a project manager – from initial concept to successful rollout
- Analyze existing business processes and develop AI-supported optimization approaches
- Act as an interface between business units, IT and external partners or vendors
- Develop training and enablement programs to build AI competency across the company
- Monitor the AI market and technology landscape to identify new tools and trends early
- Prepare decision documents, concepts and presentations for management
Requirements:
- University degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Manager
- Solid practical experience in prompt engineering and hands-on experience with Claude, ChatGPT and other AI models and tools
- Strong analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- Experience leading (AI) projects, ideally using both traditional and agile methods
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI topics clearly
- High level of initiative, enthusiasm for innovation and a desire to actively shape new AI applications
- Very good German and English language skills
