Job Description
AI program manager delivering data and machine-learning solutions for Cotiviti’s healthcare technology business. Coordinating engineering, data science, R&D, Operations, and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Define the AI/ML solution vision, scope, dependencies, and risks with cross-functional teams
- Develop and maintain the solution roadmap, prioritized backlog, and deliverables with Engineering
- Lead delivery of high-quality AI/ML solutions within timeline, scope, and quality standards
- Prioritize the AI/ML solution roadmap to deliver high-value MVPs quickly
- Gather and communicate progress, metrics, and key results to leadership, executives, internal partners, and stakeholders
- Represent the program and team with executives and stakeholders
- Translate business needs and challenges into clear problem statements and objectives
- Identify business problems and evaluate AI/ML solution potential, risks, and benefits with R&D and Operations
- Ensure model deployment into production and support performance monitoring and optimization
- Share best practices and collaborate with data science teams across the organization
- Use data analytics to optimize program performance and achieve strategic objectives
- Complete annual performance review/goal-setting responsibilities and assigned special projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical-related field
- 5+ years of technical product/program management experience
- 4+ years delivering data product solutions within an AI/ML solutions portfolio, preferably in healthcare
- Skills in concise product requirements with clear, measurable success criteria
- Strong understanding of data engineering and AI/ML project lifecycles
- Understanding of data platform ecosystems; Databricks experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to make informed trade-offs
- Experience translating complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong foundation in data engineering and product strategy
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering results
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with urgency
- Flexibility to work with diverse teams across time zones and geographical locations
- Must provide a dedicated, secure work area
- Must provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance
