Job Description

AI/ML program manager leading data product roadmaps, MVP delivery, and production model deployment. Driving healthcare-focused AI/ML solutions at Cotiviti.

Responsibilities:

  • Define the AI/ML solution vision, scope, dependencies, and risks with cross-functional teams
  • Develop and maintain the solution roadmap, prioritized backlog, and deliverables with Engineering
  • Lead delivery of high-quality AI/ML solutions within timelines, scope, and quality standards
  • Prioritize the AI/ML solution roadmap and deliver high-value MVPs quickly
  • Gather and communicate progress, metrics, and key results to leadership, executives, internal partners, and stakeholders
  • Represent the program and team in communications with executives and stakeholders
  • Translate business needs and challenges into clear problem statements and objectives
  • Identify business problems with R&D and Operations and evaluate AI/ML opportunities, risks, and benefits
  • Partner with Operations on model deployment to production and ongoing performance monitoring and optimization
  • Share best practices and collaborate with data science teams across the organization
  • Use data analytics to optimize program performance and achieve strategic objectives
  • Complete annual performance review/goal-setting responsibilities and assigned special projects and duties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical-related field
  • 5+ years of technical product/program management experience
  • 4+ years delivering data product solutions within an AI/ML solutions portfolio, preferably in healthcare
  • Product requirements skills with concise, clear, measurable success criteria
  • Strong understanding of data engineering and AI/ML project lifecycles
  • Understanding of data platform ecosystems; Databricks experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to make informed trade-offs
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong foundation in data engineering and product strategy
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering results
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams across time zones and geographical locations
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong sense of urgency
  • Must provide a dedicated, secure work area
  • Must provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance
