Job Description
AMS Delivery Manager für Proalphas ERP- und Business-Applications im deutschen Mittelstand. Steuerung von Kundenserviceprozessen, Ressourcen und ERP-Serviceentwicklung.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central point of contact for customers in day-to-day matters relating to Proalpha
- Ensure clear communication, reliable follow-up, and stable customer relationships
- Coordinate service requests and monitor response times, processing status, and resources
- Keep track of agreed service levels
- Align requirements, priorities, and next steps with users, key users, IT managers, and internal departments
- Identify opportunities for expansion by analyzing Proalpha usage
- Initiate measures, services, and projects with experts to increase customer value
- Identify risks and development opportunities at an early stage
- Further develop the system landscape and service organization together with customers and internal experts
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training or degree in IT or business administration
- Extensive experience in ERP consulting or in supporting ERP, MES, or complex IT systems
- In-depth understanding of processes in the mid-sized manufacturing sector
- Strong methodological skills in project management, presentations, and facilitation
- Excellent communication, service orientation, and problem-solving skills
- Independent, hands-on approach to work
- Very good command of German
- Good command of English for communication in an international environment
