Job Description
Implementation lead managing PeopleSoft Financial module (FSCM) projects. Collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements and drive successful implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the overall implementation lead for the implementation of the PeopleSoft Financial module (FSCM).
- Work with the customer to define functional requirements and develop a PeopleSoft FSCM design.
- Lead the effort to translate business requirements into a PeopleSoft implementation plan and oversee the implementation of that plan.
- Establish clear communication and coordination among stakeholders, developers, and teams to drive change.
- Provide regular updates and checkpoints to ensure alignment and smooth implementation of new opportunities and process adaptations.
- Provide technical guidance and support across the project team.
- Maintain data security protocols and ensure data privacy and compliance with policy and regulation for this project.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 8 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 10 years' experience with PeopleSoft FSCM.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
