Job Description
Application Specialist for healthcare support focusing on ORBIS and related administration tasks. Engage in problem-solving and customer support in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:
- Processing and documenting customer inquiries and incident reports related to functional user support for inpatient billing and patient administration
- Electronic data transmission
- Statistics
- Providing support and assistance to customers on ORBIS and related workflows
- Troubleshooting, analysis, and error resolution in configuration and at the database level
- Classifying and identifying software error sources and professionally handing them over to the development department for correction
- Close collaboration with Product Management and Development, Project Management, Sales, Project Controlling, Project Organization and consultants
- Participation in a 24x7 on-call service
- Regular participation in training sessions, workshops and coaching.
Requirements:
- Degree, vocational training or professional experience in hospital administration, health informatics or business informatics
- Knowledge of inpatient patient administration and billing is an advantage
- Experience with ORBIS is a plus
- SQL skills are an advantage
- Proficient use of modern IT systems and organizational tools
- Quick comprehension and strong analytical skills
- Professional demeanor when interacting with our customers
