Job Description

Fleet Support Administrator overseeing fleet operations for SIXT in Dallas. Managing repairs, vehicle availability, and coordination for timely maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless fleet operations by performing daily inventory checks
  • Manage vehicle availability
  • Coordinate with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs
  • Assist in scheduling maintenance and repairs
  • Prepare new vehicles for rental
  • Oversee preparation of vehicles for disposal
  • Monitor and track shift activities including vehicle movements and cleaning schedules

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Experience conducting in-depth reporting and analysis
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to manage fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation
  • Team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willing to wear a company uniform
  • Open to travel (5-10%)
