Job Description

Area Manager in Sales responsible for customer consulting, acquisition, and maintaining relationships. Working for Hoyer, a company in the energy sector, in the Itzehoe/Steinburg region.

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting & Sales – You analyze individual needs and persuade customers with our product range.
  • Account Management – You maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and business partners.
  • New Customer Acquisition – You expand our network and grow our customer base.
  • Competitive Analysis – You monitor market conditions and identify opportunities and risks in the competitive landscape.
  • Participation in Industry and Leadership Trade Fairs – You represent Hoyer at trade shows and build valuable contacts.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience – You have proven success in sales and know how to win customers.
  • Education – Ideally, you have completed vocational training in a commercial/business field.
  • Technical Understanding – You are comfortable with technical topics and can explain complex issues clearly.
  • Mobility & Flexibility – You travel frequently and enjoy maintaining personal relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong Communication & Persuasiveness – You impress with your presence and confident demeanor.
  • Independent Working Style – You appreciate working autonomously and have an eye for the essentials.
