Job Description

Area Manager in sales overseeing customer relationships and new client acquisition for Hoyer. Analyzing market conditions and representing the company at industry events.

Responsibilities:

  • Consulting & Sales – You analyze individual customer needs and persuade them with our product range.
  • Maintain customer base – You ensure long-term, trust-based relationships with customers and business partners.
  • New customer acquisition – You expand our network and grow our customer base.
  • Competitor analysis – You monitor market conditions and identify opportunities and risks in the competitive landscape.
  • Attend trade and leadership fairs – You represent Hoyer at industry events and build valuable contacts.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience – You have proven experience in sales and know how to win customers.
  • Education – Ideally, you have completed commercial/vocational training.
  • Technical understanding – You are comfortable with technical topics and can explain complex issues clearly.
  • Mobility & flexibility – You travel frequently and enjoy maintaining personal relationships with customers and partners.
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills – You impress with your presence and confident manner.
  • Independent working style – You appreciate working autonomously and have a strong sense for priorities.
