Job Description
Servicetechniker für Wärmepumpen in der Region St. Gallen bei Viessmann Climate Solutions. Inbetriebnahme und Wartungen der Heizsysteme sowie technische Kundenberatung.
Responsibilities:
- Commissioning and maintenance of our heating systems at end customers
- Provide service-oriented advice to our clients (customers of heating companies) by phone and on-site to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support colleagues in the technical field service across an extended area beyond your base region
- Take on on-call duty to assist our customers as quickly as possible
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training as an Anlagenmechaniker SHK (plant mechanic for sanitary, heating and air-conditioning), mechatronics technician for refrigeration, electronics technician for energy and building technology, or electrician/electrical installer
- Professional experience in field service/customer service, e.g., in heating technology, refrigeration technology, or air-conditioning and ventilation (HVAC) technology
- Knowledge of the construction and operation of heating systems, especially heat pumps
- Ideally in possession of a refrigeration certificate (Kälteschein) Category 1
- Valid driving license (Category B)
- Good spoken and written German and English
