Job Description
Area Manager overseeing multifamily property performance, compliance, and resident satisfaction for Trinity Property Consultants. Coaching on-site teams across the Greater St. Louis Area.
Responsibilities:
- Own portfolio financial performance by meeting occupancy and NOI goals
- Control costs, improve collections, and execute strategic revenue strategies
- Provide accurate and timely operational and financial reporting to regional leadership
- Develop and execute pricing and marketing plans using market conditions, competitor analysis, and market surveys
- Conduct regular visual inspections of grounds, buildings, and units
- Schedule and oversee vendors and maintain vacant units ready for occupancy
- Implement company policies and procedures across properties
- Ensure compliance with fair housing and state-specific regulations
- Drive resident retention, renewals, community engagement, and customer service
- Hire, train, coach, and manage performance of on-site teams
- Lead daily and weekly team meetings
- Set expectations, foster accountability, and build a culture of recognition and growth
- Support multiple properties through hands-on leadership and partner with regional leadership
Requirements:
- Candidates must be located within Greater St. Louis Area
- 2–5 years of experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily industry required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Industry certifications such as CPM, CAM, RMP, ARM, or CMCA are a plus
- Intermediate skills in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Proficiency with SharePoint and ADP
- Experience with Yardi, Entrata, Asana, and EliseAI is a bonus
- Strong budgeting, financial analysis, and sales experience
- In-depth knowledge of fair housing regulations
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to travel occasionally for company events or meetings
- Ability to participate in team functions and regional or company activities
- Ability to perform regular sitting, standing, walking, and occasional climbing
- Ability to use computers and telephones for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to respond promptly to visual and auditory alarms
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
