Job Description
Area Sales Manager supporting assigned accounts and territories for 3M’s innovation-driven products. Achieving sales objectives through entry-level selling under close supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve specific sales objectives
- Provide sales coverage for assigned accounts or territory
- Perform entry-level sales work under close supervision
- Refer issues outside established instructions or procedures to a seasoned sales representative or area sales manager
- Contribute to 3M’s Environmental Health and Safety culture
Requirements:
- Demonstrated aptitude for selling
- Education and work history must be provided in the application, either through a resume or application fields
- Ability to follow safety policies, identify hazards, and engage in continuous improvement
