Job Description
Senior Sales Manager advising customers, upselling, and closing contracts for smartkündigen’s digital contract-cancellation service. Fully remote worldwide, without cold calling.
Responsibilities:
- Closing contracts and upselling
- Managing and expanding existing customer accounts
- Handling inbound inquiries
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Advising and supporting customers, and closing sales
- Working fully from home without cold calling
Requirements:
- Native-level German speaker
- At least 4 years of sales experience
- Structured and organized approach to work
- High level of self-motivation
- Willingness to work shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
