Job Description
Junior Sales Manager beraten Kunden, betreuen Bestandskunden und erzielen Abschlüsse für smartkündigen. Vollständig remote im digitalen Kündigungsservice ohne Kaltakquise.
Responsibilities:
- Closing contracts and upselling
- Managing and expanding existing customer accounts
- Processing inbound inquiries
- Building long-term customer relationships
- Advising and supporting customers and closing deals
Requirements:
- German at native-speaker level
- Initial sales experience (at least 2 years)
- Structured approach to work
- High level of self-motivation
- Willingness to work shifts (8:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.)
