Job Description
Remote Area Sales Manager achieving sales objectives and managing assigned territories for 3M’s innovative products. Supporting customer accounts while promoting safety and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales objectives by providing independent sales coverage of assigned accounts or territory
- Manage sales territory with periodic supervision and assistance
- Handle situations requiring additional or different experience or knowledge, seeking assistance when necessary
- Follow safety policies and identify hazards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture
Requirements:
- Experience in sales
- Demonstrated effective use of selling skills
- Consistently achieved or exceeded forecast over a sustained period
- Ability to independently manage assigned accounts or sales territory
- Ability to work with periodic supervision and assistance
- Ability to request or receive assistance for situations requiring greater or different experience or knowledge
- Provide education and work history through a resume or application fields
