Job Description

Area Sales Manager responsible for driving sales development in North-East Italy. Manage existing customers and acquire new clients in various market segments enhancing brand presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales development in your designated district, reporting directly to the International Sales Manager based in Germany
  • Manage existing customers through sales and product training, regular visits, merchandising support, and technical product expertise
  • Increase brand and product presence at trade fairs, professional tool dealers and similar retailers
  • Identify and acquire new customers in various market segments (e.g., electrical installation, construction, automotive, plumbing)
  • Conduct joint visits with customers' sales teams, including end-user visits and product demonstrations/training
  • Analyze market, customer, and competitor data in the region

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed degree or comparable commercial education, ideally with a focus on marketing and sales
  • At least three years of professional experience in sales, preferably with technical products or tools
  • Proven track record in building relationships with distributors and end-users
  • Experience in digital sales, marketing tools, and social media platforms
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Fluent in English.
