Job Description
ATC Advisor managing client calls and providing solutions related to services. Joining Konecta, largest experience center in Peru, with developmental opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Gestionar llamadas de clientes y brindar soluciones relacionadas con sus productos o servicios
Requirements:
- Tener 18 años como mínimo con DNI vigente
- Estudios: Superiores técnicos o Universitarios
- Experiencia: Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en Servicio al cliente, ventas, cobranza o fidelización
- Presencial o telefónico
- Manejo de PC nivel usuario
- Disponibilidad para laborar Full Time en sede Surquillo
