Job Description
Analyst role focused on data extraction and reporting using BI tools for growth strategy. Collaborating with teams to improve user experience and business processes through analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Extract and cross-reference data from multiple sources and liaise with different client departments;
- Responsible for building reports and dashboards (Power BI) to monitor results and operational KPIs;
- Analyze and interpret results, seeking daily optimizations and innovations based on analytical solutions;
- Collaborate with teams to understand customer journeys and correlate them with quantitative surveys and analyses;
- Serve as the CX representative in dashboard development, improving user experience and Neobpo's outcomes.
Requirements:
- Business acumen and strong communication skills;
- Experience with performance indicators;
- Ability to transfer knowledge to Junior and Mid-level analysts;
- Ability to work independently on new products/campaigns;
- At least 1 year in a Mid-level Analyst role;
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
- Degree in a STEM/quantitative field;
- Experience as an analyst, BI consultant, or in a similar role;
- Familiarity with call center operations;
- Experience with data processing/cleaning;
- Experience using business intelligence tools (Microsoft Power BI) and data processing frameworks;
- Excellent statistics skills and experience producing reports in Power BI;
- Advanced knowledge of SQL Server (index creation, handling high-volume data), Power BI, and Excel;
- Intermediate knowledge of Python.
