Job Description
Customer Service Advisor for Claro attending customer inquiries through phone calls. Position is fully remote with multiple benefits and training provided.
Responsibilities:
- Recepcionar llamadas específicas de clientes Claro y brindarles la atención necesaria para ofrecer una solución efectiva.
Requirements:
- Mayores de 18 años (requisito indispensable).
- Secundaria completa.
- Con experiencia o sin experiencia en Atención al cliente.
- Contar con herramientas de trabajo propias.
- PC o Laptop con MÍNIMO 8GB de RAM.
- Sistema operativo Windows 11 PRO.
- Conexión a internet cableada (no Wi-Fi).
- Headset con micrófono funcional.
- Cámara Web
