Job Description
Assistant Property Manager supporting Property Manager(s) with property management tasks. Involved in financial reporting, tenant relations, and contract preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Property Manager(s) in all areas of management for the assigned properties
- Assist with preparation and submission of Monthly Reports, Quarterly Reports and Annual Budgets
- Communicate with Property Accountants to ensure accurate statements
- Prepare write-offs and annual CAM Estimate letters for PM
- Monitor rent collections and ensure landlord/tenant statutes are followed
- Upload payables and process them in a timely manner
- Maintain updated Tenant Contact Forms and assist tenants with inquiries
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience in commercial property management
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years’ property management experience
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- In-depth understanding of financial aspects of property performance
- Basic computer and Internet knowledge
- Experience using Microsoft Office, Yardi, MRI
