Job Description
Associate supporting Arabic-speaking creators across the Middle East for Halo.Live’s creator platform. Managing acquisition, onboarding, communications, and creator relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage creator communication across social and messaging channels
- Support creator acquisition and onboarding, from first contact to an active account
- Resolve creator questions and issues, with other teams where needed
- Build strong relationships with creators, agencies and talent managers
- Share creator feedback and insights with the wider team
- Help improve communication processes and best practices as the team grows
- Support other Creator Growth initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- Native Arabic and fluent English, with excellent written communication in both
- Organized and reliable, able to manage many conversations and priorities at once
- Comfortable with digital tools, CRMs and spreadsheets
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Experience in customer support, community or social media management
- Familiarity with Snapchat, Instagram, TikTok and the creator economy
- Understanding of Gulf and Saudi audiences
